Sometimes life grabs us by the horns and drags us down. For many it is hard to grab the reins and get back on the saddle again- for others it is all part of the motions. During these down times, it is often hard to think of what makes us happy in life- but sometimes you just need to pick up a pen and paper and write down everything that makes us smile in a day... even if it is the little things that make us smile.

I have a lot to be thankful for, that make me happy, and that I love dearly. These simple pleasures often get overlooked because I am so caught up in 'life'- but unconsciously I know I am surrounded by the fruit of my own happiness :)
