Here are some of my flies from my last project. I was getting no results, so we sent the constructs to a research facility... and they did not yield any results either :( As it turns out, the DNA we submitted was leathal to these particular flies. So in a way it was bitter-sweet for me. I finally knew that it wasn't my error... it was the little buggers!
