Bed Time?

How do you know when it is time to get your tot into a "big kid bed"?

When something like this happens!

Last night was *rather* routine when Tom put Isa to bed.

He laid her in her crib.

She cried.

He walked away & shut the door.

She cried some more.

And more.

Louder.

Louder and closer.

Puzzled, we looked at one another, then looked at the hallway opening...

when low and behold, out strolls Isa! Sobbing.

Now keep in mind- Carly was in the shower, and Tom and I were in the living room with Abby.

The little monkey climbed out of her crib, opened the door and made her way to where all the action was... which by the way, was not much for action!

So it is time to say good-bye, farewell to the crib. In the meantime, she will have to sleep on the mattress, on the floor! At least she will be closer to Abby now- with no bars to hold her back! Oh and if you are wondering if she hurt herself? No, not that we could tell. She had a scratch on her face- but I imagine she did that to herself while throwing a tantrum after Tom left the room. LOL. Kids
