For Christmas I received, from a friend in Az., the BEST BOOK EVER!!! Thank You Loresa! =) The book is all about making bread and bread like items. My first attempt out of the book was a recipe for bagels. It was a success, but I think with a little bit more practice (and downsizing the portions), I will have them mastered!
Over the holidays I had also made a plethora of mini muffins and banana bread. My recent quest was to make mini loaf's- so I made four mini loaf's of banana bread. I still have an abundance of them (bananas), so I will keep on trucken with the banana recipes!
