Today we went apple picking at Lynd Farms. We all had a blast and ate WAAAAY to many apples along the way. It is very safe to say that we got our daily intake of fiber!The cost was $10.00 to fill a 10lb bag, plus you could sample as many apples along the way. Which sounds like an awesome deal...until you get home. You then realize that you probably should not have eaten 4 apples- or in Tom's case, ~8-10! I'm kidding though...it is an awesome deal if you think about it- sure that is ~$1.00 per lb., but you get the experience of picking apples (free labor for the farm), have valuable family time and priceless memories :)
Carly and Abby were a bit apprehensive at first, but then they warmed up to the idea that they could pick ANY apple that they wanted... big, little, plump...anything! Isabella even got in on the action; however her choice was more of the seconds that were left on the ground.

What a great experience with the family!! The slideshow was the best. I really enjoyed looking thru all of them. Looks like you all had a blast = )
